Funding for my personal licence?

Can I get funding for a personal licence to sell alcohol if I am unemployed? This is a question we get asked several times a year. Gaining a personal licence can help with future employment as a personal licence will allow the holder to;

1. Become a Designated Premises Supervisor
2. Sell alcohol by retail in a pub, club, restaurant, supermarket, off licence
3. Authorise no licence holders to sell alcohol
4. Sell alcohol at a temporary event
