Having those food servers and alcohol handlers updated with training every once in a while will surely make production in a restaurant or a larger company better. I have been to a lot of places wherein the servers doesn't know what to do in certain situations and I think trainings for food and alcohol will equip them with the right knowledge on how to handle things.
