• A personal licence is required to sell or authorise the sale of alcohol under a premises licence or Temporary Event Notice.
• To obtain a personal licence an individual must apply to their Local Licensing Authority.
• To apply for a personal Licence an individual must hold accredited licensing qualification known as the (APLH) Level 2 - Award for Personal Licence Holders.
