Ensuring staff do not make any unauthorised sales of alcohol, or any other age restricted products is the responsibly of the designated premises supervisor and premises licence holder. We have developed an easy to use, low cost e-learning course to help prevent staff on licensed premises making simple mistakes.
The National Certificate for Licensed Premises Staff (NCLPS) e-learning course will help towards preventing unauthorised sales from licensed premises such as, pubs, clubs, supermarkets and off-licence premises. The course is available in two formats, on-licence and off-licence. This useful e-learning product costs only £10.00 +VAT and can be used as a valuable staff training tool by, pub landlords, off-licence owners, hotel and supermarket managers.
The course also demonstrates that the designated premises supervisor and premises licence holder have been diligent in their efforts to promote the responsible sale of alcohol, and age restricted products from their licensed retail premises.
