Personal Licence Lincolnshire

Selling Alcohol in Lincolnshire

Applying for your Personal Licence to sell alcohol in Lincon or any where in Lincolnshie is easy with us! We hold regular licensing law cousres for the Award for Personal Licence Holders (APLH) licensing qualification every month in the City of Lincoln. Our one day course will teach you all you need to know about the licensing Act 2003 for England & Wales. At the end of the APLH training course you will sit a multiple choice examination of 40 questions. Once achieved you then may apply to your local licensing authority in Lincolnshire these are listed below;

• Lincolnshire County Council
• Boston
• East Lindsey
• Lincoln
• North Kesteven
• South Holland
• South Kesteven
• West Lindsey

You wll also require a basic Criminal Record Bureau check certificate and two certified photographs of yourself, these will need to be submitted to the relevant local authority together with the application form, disclosure of convitions form, original APLH certificate and appropriate fee.

If you prefer Personal Licence Training Limited can process your full licence application for you for as little as £295.00. Once your licence has been granted you can use it anywhere in Lincolnshire, England or Wales and it will be valid for 10 year from the date of grant.

A personal licence will allow you to sell or authorise the sale of alcohol under a premises licence or temporary event notice. It will also allow you to become the Licensee, this is now know as a Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS). The Designated Premises Supervisor is the individual named on the premises licence as the main point of contact to the Police and other Responsible Authorities within a Local Council area. So if you are looking to run a pub, restaurant, club or hotel or any premises that sells alcohol you will require a full personal alcohol licence.
